Northern Tier Tuning is a brand of 1st Minnesota Lending, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. These terms apply to every calibration, part and fluid we sell.

Racing use

Calibrations and performance parts are sold for racing and off-road use. Modifying an OHV, snowmobile, UTV, ATV, motorcycle or outboard may increase the risk of injury and may void the manufacturer's warranty. You accept that risk by purchasing.

Calibration files

Calibration files are licensed to your ECM and remain the intellectual property of the calibrator. They may not be copied, modified or redistributed.

Pricing

Prices are shown per platform. A quote is required where a page says so. Prices include HP Tuners ECM licensing where stated.

Liability

Northern Tier Tuning is not liable for damage, loss or injury arising from the use of a calibration or part after installation. No specific performance result is guaranteed.
